If you haven't noticed I LOVE the
skinnytaste.com website . I tried this soup and again it's another one of my favorites. It's very easy to make and is very filling. This recipe has rice, ground beef, red and green peppers, diced tomatoes, chicken broth and a few other ingredients. This soup is only 261 calories and the serving size is 1 1/3 cups of soup and 1/2 cup rice .
